Historically, nurses are the number one advocates to decrease patient suffering, promote health, and empower those served. Further, nurses have demonstrated innovation, creativity, and science to provide quality care regardless of the circumstances. This was most recently seen during the COVID-19 pandemic where nurses worldwide were innovative in providing care in unknown, untested and short supplied environments. However, many nurses do not recognize the value of their actions and innovative practices and may not take the next step of knowledge dissemination. The participant will learn to create and write a ready to publish manuscript.
